We are working with an excellent boutique design-led architectural consultancy in Dubai who are looking for an Architect with a minimum of 7 years working experience. Architectural Design expertise:
Lead the whole architectural design process, working as more of a Project Architect from initial schematic and concept stage through to completion.
Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
Produce/Oversee high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Project Management qualities:
Main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development efforts.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Team Leadership skills:
Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, encouraging their professional growth and development.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate specialised expertise into architectural projects.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Your portfolio should clearly show your experience working on residential and hospitality projects.
Minimum of 7 years working experience
