Black & Grey HR is actively recruiting for a prominent facilities management company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Collection Executive is responsible for leading and managing collection efforts within the organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing the efficient recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivable, resolving billing issues, and implementing effective collection strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Take charge of the overall collection process, coordinating activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

- Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, devising strategies to maximize collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

- Supervise collection agents, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

- Track key metrics and provide feedback for improvement, continuously refining collection strategies based on performance analysis.

- Handle escalated collection issues, negotiating payment arrangements with overdue customers and resolving disputes professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, updating account information, and preparing regular reports for management review.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing debt collection practices.

- Communicate with customers in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner, exploring mutually beneficial solutions.

- Identify areas for process improvement, proposing and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with other departments to address complex collection issues and streamline processes.


Requirements- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Credit Executive (CCE) or Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.

- Min 7 to 8 years of experience in relevant industry.

- Proven experience in collections or similar field.

- Excellent knowledge of billing procedures.

- Comfortable working with targets.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies.
