Job Description:


This is a challenging but fulfilling role, where you will be required to operate as a key member of our team, helping develop the team around you, and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Business Consulting and Business Advisory Services, by working across a wide variety of projects across our consulting service areas.


What you’ll be doing:


  • You will be responsible for supporting the consulting lifecycle, from developing proposals, to planning work, to supporting clients
  • You will develop and maintain productive working relationships within the team and your clients
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
  • You will focus on developing your expertise by working on a broad range of engagements, and operate outside of your comfort zone

Who we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Strategy or a quantitative discipline
  • Masters degree or professional accounting qualification will be considered as a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience of related work experience in a consulting practice
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You will possess strong organization and time management skills
  • You can take feedback, and give feedback, and make it a core part of how you operate
  • You can manage multiple priorities without letting any of them slip
  • You have strong analytical, business commercial and problem solving skills. You enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable components
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken, English required, Arabic is a bonus), with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  • You are comfortable working under pressure, in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines, delivering results
  • You can demonstrate initiative, and are quick to pick up concepts
  • You can talk confidently about the work you have done in the past, in a structured and effective manner
  • You are committed to developing yourself and broadening your skills, to progress quickly through your career path
