Key Responsibilities
Provide timely qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform business strategy Make recommendations to the business based on data analysis and modelling Develop and deliver analytics reporting and Business Intelligence dashboards as required by business areas Interpreting data and analysis into impactful, action-orientated reports for internal stakeholders Understand business challenges and opportunities and identify where customer data could help support business decisions Promote a data-driven organization and empower teams with actionable data and with automated and intuitive KPI dashboards. Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the company (Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing and Operations etc.) Support the team and/or other analysts in the design, construction and implementation of appropriate analytical processes which support business objectives.
Requirements
4-6 years of proven experience in an analytical / insight role in a fast-paced, startup environment. Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science / Business / Finance. Proficient in writing and executing complex queries in SQL. Advanced skills in business intelligence / data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau). Experience of developing and delivering analytics dashboards and reporting. Good business acumen with the ability to connect data, analytics and strategic thinking. Ability to present complex information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences. Strong attention to detail, results driven with high accuracy of output. Self-motivated with problem solving aptitude and strong organizational capability. Experience with one or more programming languages (Python/R) would be an added advantage.
