Join us as we shape the future of rewards in financial services!Join us as a Partnerships Manager in Ascenda EMEA!Working remotely with our global teams from your home office in the MEA region, you will support the Partnerships Director in deploying major initiatives with existing loyalty partners.This includes collaboration with Ascenda’s team of partnership managers, marketing and communications professionals, you will play a pivotal role in growing Ascenda’s brand in the EMEA market.This is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take end-to-end responsibility for driving forward a thriving technology business in a buzzing market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Ascenda’s existing portfolio of loyalty partners to contribute to incremental growth in revenue and engagementExplore new business development partnership opportunities across the MEA regionAssist in effective onboarding of new partners into the Ascenda ecosystem by developing win-win commercials, negotiating contracts, facilitating launches, and designing new digital customer experiences & marketing campaigns catering to the marketSupport in the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channelsEnsure each partnership achieves business plan objectives, including revenue and cost forecastsMeasure and analyze the performance of Ascenda’s partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to improve performanceParticipate in business reviews with the Partnerships Director and senior management teams both internally and externallyEstablish account plans, financial forecast and operating plan to support the programRequirements5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management and/or marketing.Experience within fintech / airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plusExcellent communications skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders, including presentation to senior management and C levelStrong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culturePeople management skills, the ability to lead and manage a strong teamStrong marketing and analytical skills to lead teams in developing and executing joint campaigns with partnersCommercial, marketing, technical and analytical acumenAbility to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment is a mustFrequent travel to meet partners and prospects face to faceSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsWilling to take initiative and work independentlyWhat we offerCompetitive salary and benefitsTravel benefitsFlexible working environmentComfortable working environmentDiverse and friendly working culture.What matters at Ascenda:We are passionate, we keep things simple, we focus on results, we work together & we innovate!We have a rewarding working place that provides a:High growth environment & exponential career developmentMobile & flexible work environmentCompetitive compensationTravel perks & Employee rewardsAscenda is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
