They also provide various kinds of welding and inspection services, milling,grinding, turning, blasting and cold rolling services among others. They are recruiting a qualified mechanical/industrial sales engineer having 4-8 years of field sales experience in the sales of repair and maintenance contracts and support services for equipment and machinery to the oil & gas industry. Meeting regular sales targets.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers and having a strong customer database.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Persuading clients that a service will best satisfy their needs and offering after-sales support services.
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and service education.
Helping in the design of custom-made products and solving client problems.
Mandatory Requirements
An Engineering degree
Must have 3-8 years experience in sales of repair and maintenance projects / contracts
your clients must include oil and gas drilling companies
