Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, respectively, this person is required to come onboard and utilize his/her industry experience in spotting social media trends and analyzing its use to promote and communicate the brand and its services. This person will need a well- developed business acumen, and be commercially mature to propose and manage projects with minimal supervision and produce results.

The Social Media Marketing & PR Executive needs to be the biggest brand champion within the organization, able to evaluate and manage all executions accordingly to the brand’s values, tone, look and feel, internally and
externally. This person must be able to spot, correct, communicate and make any necessary changes to colleagues and external partners about any off- brand ideas and executions.
This person will be in charge of conceptualizing, initiating, and managing results-driven marketing programs primarily through social media, and other cost-effective Above and Below The Line measures. Project proposals will need to be conceptualized with consideration to timelines, budgets, resources, and return on investment in consultation with the Operations Team. All projects will have target-based measures: increase in feedback, traffic on Facebook or website, footfall to restaurants, redemption of vouchers, exposure on press, etc.
The Social Media Marketing and PR Executive will also develop a marketing calendar of executions composed of a variety of projects with different goals and intended results: enhance the brand’s perception in the community, reach out to industry partners and turn them into allies, encourage sampling and sales upgrades, and gather competitive and customer feedback.
Social Media Manager
The brand will be creating a more concerted and strategic push to utilize social media in their communications and operations, and this will be major set of duties to be managed by this employee coming onboard. Tasked with improving, managing, and maintaining the brand’s official social media channels, the Executive will create engaging and informative posts tied to the marketing strategy and manage the responses accordingly. Please note: this position is NOT for someone to be on Facebook all the time and comment.
The Social Media Marketing and PR Executive will be at the frontline of communicating with fans and customers on positive and negative feedback whether through emails, phone calls, Facebook posts, or face to face visits. This person’s aim is to empathize with all situations and create opportunities for the brand to change any negative opinions about it proactively and in a manner that does not devalue the brand.
Operations and Franchisee Liaison
As Marketing is closely intertwined with the state of Operations, this person will also liaise with the internal Operations team in identifying areas to promote, improve, or streamline and how it impacts customers and fans. As The Social Media Marketing & PR Executive must apply his/her intelligence and commercial acumen to create general programs across all outlets, customize them according to each outlet’s needs, or create wholly new program for each outlet where necessary.
External Partners Liaison
The Social Media Marketing & PR Executive will be in charge of evaluating, selecting, and aligning with quality technology, production, and customer service partners to execute any marketing projects. This person will act in a cost-conscious and ethical manner with consideration to protecting the brand’s trade and operational proprietary information, and develop these relationships.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and Hindi an advantage
