The TA Manager will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support our growth and success, ensuring we provide candidates with the best experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments and extending job offers
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit against our criteria
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates
Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various channels (including LinkedIn, job boards, social media and employee referrals)
With support from the Talent Lead, partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored TA plans for each position
Manage relationships with external suppliers i.e. recruitment agencies & partners
Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Keep on top of industry trends and best practices within talent acquisition and recruitment technology, suggesting / implementing new tools and processes to enhance recruitment efforts
Work with the Talent Lead and Marketing team to create external touch points & communication strategies across relevant platforms (eg LinkedIn)
Act as a brand ambassador for Tactical, promoting our employer brand and values to attract top talent. You’re the first point of contact with any potential candidate so you’re responsible for setting the standard of their experience
Be a living, breathing example of Tactical's virtues & behaviours, acting as a true custodian of our culture
Experience & Competencies:
Significant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple disciplines (specialism within creative recruitment is beneficial)
Extensive network of talent within the MENA region
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) best practice, as well as G Suite
Native Arabic language skills and / or experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia are a BIG ✅
