Job DescriptionAs a
PMO Practitioner Analyst, you will support the planning, delivery, and governance of technology programs, projects, and managed services. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution, effective communication, and continuous improvement across initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project Delivery- Support the delivery of programs, projects, and managed services to achieve agreed business outcomes.
- Manage planning, execution, and tracking within agreed scope, schedule, cost, quality, and SLAs.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
- Track project costs, risks, issues, milestones, and dependencies across stakeholders.
- Support change, demand, and operations management activities.
Stakeholder & Communication Management- Act as a point of contact for assigned programs, initiatives, and operational activities.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across corporate functions, finance, centers of excellence, geographic units, and business teams.
- Support program and project communications, including team calls, agendas, and stakeholder materials.
Planning & Governance- Assist in defining scope, estimating effort, and planning work.
- Support resourcing and staffing within a globally sourced delivery model.
- Maintain policy controls, process metrics, and integration with other functional teams.
- Create and maintain standard management reporting, templates, job aids, and documentation.
Risk, Compliance & Continuous Improvement- Prepare consolidated project status reports and identify risks and issues.
- Support risk mitigation and escalation to senior management where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, metrics, and training.
- Support financial, contractual, and operational commitments in line with original deal economics and cost targets.
