We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology Engineer – Network Infrastructure to join our Technology Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
Configure and maintain routing and switching environments.
Deploy and support Aruba-based network infrastructure (wired and wireless).
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
Perform network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and processes.
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Network Infrastructure (Aruba technologies preferred) .
Solid understanding of routing & switching protocols (e.
g., VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP).
Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level network devices.
Good knowledge of network security principles and data protection practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as Aruba (ACMA/ACMP) , CCNA/CCNP , or equivalent.
Experience working in banking or financial services environments is a plus.
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and network innovation.
