Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication skills, will be interacting with high network clients
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and promote our services
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of contacts and update it regularly
- Provide information about our services and answer any questions or concerns
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Keep track of all communication with clients and document it accurately
- Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a tele caller or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
