What you will do:
- Boosting our sales ambitions, this resource will sparkle and energize our traditional showroom ambiance to a lively and delightful BYD brand experience
- Marketing Calendar Strategy: a knowledgeable and strategic resource will develop and create a special Marketing Calendar, which will be aligned to its own event sales campaigns to help achieving our sales targets
- Customer Footfall Traffic: accountable to lead customers to our showroom, with appealing events catered to their needs, they will provide great customer traffic by targeting the right audience and through the right channels
- Showroom Events Execution: a hands-on team player, will take the accountability to execute and oversee the events (including suppliers and teams involved), which will enable our showroom staff to focus on providing best in class customer service. Engage with potential partners to improve the brand visibility
- Reporting: as part of the learning process, regular reports shall be created, highlighting KPI achievements (compared to previous set targets), lessons learned and activities from our competitors. AFEMC believes in the power of evolving – we understand this is a new role and we will all learn through this together – as long we have a reporting process.
- Budget Control: providing amazing customer experience is a must, but it also needs boundaries – when it comes to spending. A responsible resource needs to carefully manage all related costs within the expectations.
Required skills to be successful:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, Windows, Outlook, Internet/Intranet access skills.
- Experience dealing with automotive showroom customer events.
- Accountability, collaboration and capable of working in a team environment.
- Hands-on and proactive attitude.
About the Team:
- This role will be reporting directly to the Retail Director.
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in Sales and Trade Marketing.
- Automotive experience with Dealership events and sales campaigns.
- Proven track record of developing and organizing dealership events.
- Experience with matrix environment and coordinating different stakeholders.
- Sales driven mindset.
- High energy profile to run events with sales staff, dealing directly with customers.
- Accountability to make successful events to promote dealership traffic and drive sales target achievement.
- Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Budget management experience.
- Proficient in English.
