Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced Waiter for a restaurant in Sharjah who is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making sure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

The candidate should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Key Responsibilities
  

Welcome and seat customers politely
Present menus and explain food and drink options
Take customer orders accurately
Serve food and beverages on time
Check customer satisfaction during meals
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
Prepare bills and process payments
Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized
Follow hygiene and safety standards 

RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience as a waiter/server is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic English speaking skills (if required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good grooming and professional appearance
Ability to stand for long hours
Teamwork and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food and beverages
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holiday
