Position Title: Safety officer. No. of vacancies: 1 Term of Employment: Siemens DC role Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Educational Qualification: Dip / B.E in Electrical and Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university (Mandatory) Number of years of relevant experience required. BE/Dip with 3 to 5 Yrs Specialization: Plant Safety – Construction Safety & Electrical Maintenance Experience Requirements: • Should have the knowledge in Safety Management System implementation • UA UC Near miss reporting, HIRA, JSA, preparation. • PPE awareness, training, Safety improvements, Safety procedures, safety standards • Work permit & LOTO system • Factory Act rules. • Industrial experience in refineries, automobile, petrochemicals are preferred • Construction Site Experience (Not Civil) • Monthly EHS data preparation, analysis, action plan preparation, improvements in PPE analysis and its control. Monitoring safety performances of site. Qualification Requirement: ENGINEERING DEGREE Electrical with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience. Must possess PDIS regular certificate. At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in safety leadership role. Must have experience in industrial safety practices especially in Electrical field. Able to analyse the safety data and prepare action plan. good commanding communication skill, generate safety reports on day to day basis.
