Job Summary:
The Sales Executive - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) is responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities and generating revenue by selling MICE services to potential clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable MICE solutions.
Job Responsibility:
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients.
2. Present, promote, and sell MICE services to existing and prospective clients.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the MICE industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of MICE services and industry trends.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build productive business relationships.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
7. Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
