One of the huge Pharmaceutical companies in Egypt are looking to hire a dynamic, influential decision maker & visionary CEO!
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in collaboration with the board of directors and senior leadership team.
2. Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization, including setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and making strategic decisions.
3. Drive business growth and profitability through effective leadership, innovation, and risk management.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, investors, and partners.
5. Maintain a strong culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence throughout the organization.
6. Develop and lead a high-performing executive team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
7. Manage the inflationary environment & ensure business stability & growth.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as ethical standards and corporate governance best practices.
9. Set the strategic plan for the company’s Digital Transformation & ensure its execution efficiently.
10. Manage the expansion to different International markets within MEA & the export business
11. Manage the P&L & “Go to Market”: dealing with relevant distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and ecommerce.
o Criteria for candidate’s selection:
1. Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through periods of growth and change & building/ developing manpower capabilities.
2. Previous hands-on experience in managing Commercial teams (sales & marketing) with proven track record in growing the business, hitting & even exceeding the target.
3. Current or previous management for Pharmacies’ products portfolio (Rx, OTC, cosmeceutical, personal care products).
4. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility.
8. Current or previous regional exposure (across MEA).
9. Data driven caliber with Entrepreneur mindset/ passion to build & grow the business.
10. Energetic.
11. Fluent English.
