Senior Service Desk Specialist - ( 2400001X )
Description
· Analyze and interpret business needs and deliver network solutions.
Propose IT solutions that meet business requirements and fit into the IT architecture
framework.
Design, install, configure, and support IT networks, including maintenance and
troubleshooting.
Tune network hardware and software to ensure optimum performance, resource
utilization, and capabilities enhancement.
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Follow up, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related fields
· 5-8 years of experience
