+ Serve as the design evangelist, promoting design thinking across all departments to ensure a unified and innovative approach to product development.
+ Embed user-centric principles throughout the product lifecycle, driving continuous innovation and ensuring the product meets market needs and user expectations.Leadership Vibes : You've got at least 3+ years of experience leading and nurturing a team of UX wizards. You're all about empowering your team, giving them tough love, fostering a creative atmosphere, and guiding them through the design journey.
