Role and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the facility.
• Ensure health, safety regulations are complied with.
• Manage customer feedback effectively and mediate and resolve client issues.

• Ensuring all staff members are properly trained to perform their jobs effectively and safely to deliver consistent quality experience for clients.
• Ensure the team works to meet department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately.

• Manage appointments for clients accurately through phone, in-person, and emails.
