Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telephone Operator who is fluent in Arabic to manage incoming and outgoing calls at our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and directing calls to the appropriate parties.
Job Responsibility:
1. Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
2. Take and deliver messages accurately.
3. Provide information to callers about the organization.
4. Keep accurate records of calls and messages.
5. Assist in making outgoing calls as required.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
2. Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
