Data for the Bayt.com ‘Learning in the Workplace in the Middle East and North Africa’ poll was collected online from January14 to February 19, 2015, with 6,639 respondents from countries in the MENA region including UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia.

Key Highlights:

  • 98% of professionals say that working in a company that provides learning and development opportunities is very important.
  • 97% of professionals in the MENA are very dedicated to lifelong learning.
  • 73% of professionals feel that their organization encourages people to open discuss their mistakes and learn from them.
  • 54% of professionals consider themselves to be at the top of their game when it comes to industry- related learning.
