I am getting several good offers, a couple through Bayt.com and 1 through industry referral, but am stalling at the salary negotiations stage. I am moving from a marketing to a sales role and it seems most of the compensation is variable pay these days but I still need to know what a fair breakdown between variable and fixed pay is for the pharmaceutical industry and what a fair salary for someone with 7 years experience should be.
