Al-Hammam Company maintains ISO 9001:2000 certification and has a dedicated workforce of 1,200 highly skilled, motivated and competent engineers, supervisors, welders, technicians, fitters, fabricators and machinists, proficient to work on various materials, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Our culture is reflected by our mission statements. We are a hard working determined group of professionals, especially concerned with ensuring the change we create is positive. AHC maintains a decentralized regional organization structure based on collaborative management philosophy, which enables us to meet our management mission statement objectives. All managers are expected to participate in the overall planning and corporate development process. The management structure consists of seven (7) departments; Project Management, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Health Safety & Environment, Finance & Accounting, Administration, Equipment & Facilities Maintenance and Engineering, which includes Estimation, Procurement, Purchasing & Project Controls. Each Department manager is considered a leader and expected to provide vision and resources to their respective department employees. We firmly believe in an inverted pyramid structure for the company organization. This belief establishes the manager’s responsibility to ensure that all employees within their department have the necessary resources to accomplish their tasks within the shortest time possible.
