• Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries• 1 st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Blackberrys, Laptops, PCs and Printers • Troubleshoot basic network issues such as ADSL broadband issues • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems.• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.• Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc. • To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.

Key Responsibilities :
Receive and review requisitions from manufacturing or planning and make sure that given details are enough to process inquiries and to avail quotes.
Ensure day to day monitoring of all PR's for production requirement.
Receive and review requisitions from manufacturing or planning and distribute to the purchaser accordingly.
Negotiates pricing and lead-times with suppliers.
Ensure all PR's and other production requirement was ordered on time to achieve production on-time delivery requirement.
Evaluate vendor quotations that utilizes appropriate negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price & delivery accordingly to the best beneficiate for APC.
Monitor delivery of all PO's, keep close follow-up to customer and relay to production if there's any possible delay on delivery.
Keep activities on track; escalates any out-of-scope problems to the Procurement-manager.
Reviews, updates and maintains Open Purchase Orders until closed, Tracking and update of Open Purchase Orders in Oracle from approval through to closure.
Notify logistics as soon as parts get ready with any supplier throughout the world.
Ensure meets planning targeted objectives for all delivery metrics.
Provides hands on leadership, directing and leading team members to achieve customer service and department objectives.
Resolves problems and opportunities in the assigned function.
Communicates with team members to assure positive relationships and a proactive approach for solving team member problems.
Develop procedures and best practices for all responsible areas regarding supply chain.

Supplier Relationship Management
Negotiate, monitor, and evaluate relationships and contracts with suppliers in order to ensure a reliable supply of services in line with meets APC’s standards of quality, timelines and cost
Manage supplier relationships to build and foster partnerships resulting in securing competitive pricing, delivery time, and terms that are in APC’s best interests
Participate in addressing and resolving disputes with suppliers from delivery timelines, quality of services provided, and pricing
Maintain all required business documentation, pricing protocols, and contingency plans with each supplier as per APC’s standards

Implement approved Procurement’ policies, processes, procedures and coordinate with subordinates.
