Since inception, Arabian Centres has strived to become a leading retail real estate owner, developer and property-management Company, and the largest in KSA. For over a decade, ACCL has provided customers with a complete range of high quality retail malls up to international standards, located in the most attractive areas of the Kingdom to satisfy all shopping needs and market requirements. The 1st project Sahara plaza, opened in 2002, represents the starting point for all 21 malls to follow combining world-class shopping, dining and entertainment and a precursor to future multiple unit expansion over the next 3 years. ACCL is expanding regionally in developing new destinations that will redefine the shopping trend and becomes the first choice for many shoppers, retailers, investors. It continuously improves its portfolio through acquisition of new projects and development of new shopping centres starting with the opening of 8 new malls in the next 3 years.
