Arabian Drilling Company ( ADC ) is a joint venture between the " Industrialization and Energy Services Company " and the Services Petroliers Schlumberger S.A. (SPS) an international company of several activities and specialized in petroleum services. The company is operating since April 1946, drilling oil and gas wells for Saudi Aramco and Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) in the kingdom. Its offices are located in Dammam, Dhahran and khafji. ADC owns and operates some 11 drilling rigs, on land and offshore. ADC today has more than 700 employees from different nationalities (over 20 countries), 65% are Saudi Nationals.
