Asala Holding Company (Asala) is a Limited Liability Company, owned by Jarir Investments, AlHabib Group. Asala is headquartered at King Fahad Road in Riyadh. The main purpose of the company is to own, develop, and manage shopping malls. Asala is a holding company, hence all operations are conducted within its subsidiaries, while Asala has the control over the policies and management of those subsidiaries. All of Asala malls are managed and operated by Hamat Property Company, a subsidiary of Asala Holding.
