China Eleventh Chemical Construction Company Limited(ELECO), established in 1962, is a large scale integrated construction enterprise specialized in the Petro-chemical industry field. The headquarter is located in Kaifeng City of Henan Province where seven Chinese ancient dynasties ever built their capitals there. ELECO is holding General Contracting of Construction Qualification and Specialty Contracting Qualifications, and the right to operate abroad business, and also has the qualification for designing, supervising and NDT. Besides, Eleco has abundant technical and equipment resources which are capable to meet the requirement for over 60 projects at the same time. Since establishment, Eleco has already accomplished over 600 sets of large and middle plants, involving fertilizer, refinery, petro-chemical industry, coal-chemical industry, biological-chemical industry, energy, light-industry spinning, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, municipal, environment protection, coal-power plant, nuclear industry and some other fields. In order to keep track with international project management, Eleco has already passed the evaluation of three international management systems, including ISO9001, ISO14001 Environment, and OHSM System which have been strictly abided and efficiently operated by Eleco. ELECO (KSA), entered KSA market in 2005 and registered on 2nd Oct 2010, mainly scoped on the implementation of construction contracts, establishment of industrial projects, energy projects, petrochemical projects, oil and gas institutions, civil projects, excavation and backfilling, road asphalt, etc, has already participated in the Polye-olefin Project PP/PE Plant, Kayan Petrochemical complex EO/EG Facility, Kayan U&O Project Crude oil Boiler project and Upgrade and Expansion of Sanitary Waste Treatment Plant-9,Marafiq project.
