ECS is spinning off its facility management business unit into an independent company focused on the delivery of high quality facility management services in Egypt. The company has been operating several facility management contracts in the commercial, retail, healthcare and industrial sectors and it intends to transfer those contracts to the newly formed facility management company. The facility management company will be focused on delivering operations and maintenance, engineering, landscaping, housekeeping, hygiene, cleaning, pest control, catering, security and waste management services for commercial, retail, healthcare and industrial sector clients.
