    A new opportunity has arisen with our client a leading Commercial Real Estate company who are seeking to hire a Quality Control Manager. Based in their Riyadh Head office you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running works on sites starting from design stage till implementation on site to assure controlling the implementation as per the design documents & followed standard up to a high end level. You will be required to develop a data base for QC practices, while assure QA/Q/C policies & procedures are implemented with conforming to client requirements & time frames. • Developing, preparing & maintaining of Projects quality Control Plan along with company division/ Departments; assuring all requirements compliance & agree all Inspections & Tests Plan & related forms(ITP). • Develops the Field QC objectives and establishes the execution strategy to effectively achieve it in an efficient manner.• Review the Construction Execution Plan with each specific project’ PM to assure matching with QC plan & strategy.• Ensure projects’ construction is carried out with the required project specification, approved drawing, materials, and method statements and approved ITP (inspections & tests plan).• Monitor inspection & tests are done on time- on daily bases- & all approvals obtained to assure work is smoothly implemented with no obstacles.• Assure any QC matter within package is communicated immediately to specific in charge with action plan to resolve any deviation.• Review capabilities of Contractors/subcontractors and suppliers thru their prequalification, while perform offsite inspections, as necessary, to determine suitability to projects. Endorses the same to top management for final review and approval.• Review manufacture’s products and provided recommendation for design and specification purposes. • Manage a multidisciplinary team of QS engineers and inspectors.• Manage reviewing and endorsement of all associated suppliers issued payment with recommendations/ highlights on work quality deficiencies. • Monitor Consultant’s performance to ensure procedures are followed for expediting review and approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals, pertaining to quality.• Assure receiving and reviewing regular, weekly & monthly, quality reports. Provide resolutions for any arising issues & assure obtaining approval for immediate rectification. • Reviews QA/QC Plans and always assure it updated based on best practices. Assure promoting quality achievement and performance improving throughout the management team member.• Establish and maintained quality Records in conformance with contractual terms and followed norms to create depth in the organization, as well as transparency.• Progressively monitors spent man-hours of the QC team ahead of each project and initiates proper control for improvement.• Chairs the QC weekly departmental meetings and other meetings, as required.

Based in Riyadh you will be responsible for leading, guiding and directing the IT functions and ensuring effective deployment of technologies that meet organisational requirements, in addition to monitoring all divisions’ adherence to the established IT policies and guidelines. Main responsibilities • Develop standardized policies, processes, approaches, and tools for the Information Technology function in line with organisations strategic direction and objectives. • Develops the Information Technology function's business plan, budget and resources while ensuring alignment with organisations overall strategy and direction. • Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives, as applicable to the Information Technology function, and ensure it is communicated properly to all individuals within the department. • Support general operational directions regarding the various aspects of IT such as, application selection, implementation and support as well as network management and operation services. • Direct and lead the design of the IT architecture, infrastructure and applications, and ensure designs and implementations of database management systems meets business needs. • Direct the implementation or upgrade of new Information Technology/ new enhancements projects to ensure proper coordination with other departments’ heads and users. • Manage the backup, security and recovery for organisations database. • Manage the process of pre-implementation, implementation and post implementation of new enhancements / applications to ensure proper coordination with other managers and users. • Monitor hardware and software installations, and ensure that new company employees are adequately orientated in regards of computers and applications. • Provide inputs and recommendations to enhance the Organisations IT Services policies & procedures. • Assess source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.) and ensure that employees are aware of appropriate action. • Lead integration of network management tools and applications to expand network operation performance. • Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization department's employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. And ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department. • Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees’ work performance and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance and carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
