Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include: Assist with the operation of open recruitmentdays Candidate screening and resume review Liasing with hiring managers Support the recruitment manager withadministration tasks Sourcing candidates Candidate liaison Contract generation Assist with the day to day operations ofrecruitment

    As a Project Engineer with Gastronomica, you will ensure all construction projects to be executed according to brand and design specifications.  Working closely with third party contractors and internal operations teams you will efficiently and effectively manage multiple projects at any one time across the GCC Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following; Sourcing materials, creating and maintaining supplier contacts Framing and structuring Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all projects Execution and completion of all detailed drawings Formulating mood boards, sample lists and brochures required for the execution of designs Overseeing day today construction activities at every site, local or international Co-coordinating with Operations Manager on all design and constructions activities to maximize efficiency of operational aspects including kitchen design. Co ordination of MEP execution. Tracking and monitoring all construction phases to ensure all building is executed according to designand brand specifications within time and within budget. Anticipating and Identifying any potential delays and increased costs during design andconstruction Co-ordinating with contractors and ensure smooth work flow at multiple sites; both nationallyand internationally Traveling when requested by management to oversee any works. Ensuring all quotations, tenders, contracts are approved by the corporate finance team. Keeping updated with latest industry trends. Ensuring all related project documentation are controlled and maintained according tocompany process, policy and procedure.
