Since its establishment in 2005, Global Partners Governance (GPG) has developed a distinctive approach to political and institutional development combining high quality strategic analysis and direct support to senior politicians, ministers and officials in managing the process of change. Our experience working in many countries, including some of the most complex political environments in the world, has enabled us to develop a form of ‘partner-led problem-solving’ that engages directly with the specific challenges faced by our clients. This enables us to design programmes of support tailored to their needs. The quality of that work, advice and support is due, in large part, to the expertise of GPG’s Associates. We have created a pool of more than fifty Associates whom we hand-pick because of their expertise, and only employ people with significant experience at the upper echelons of politics and governance. For each of our programmes we establish a unique and consistent team of high-calibre individuals who provide detailed and professional peer-to-peer support to our partners.
