I am a Bahraini entrepreneur looking for a professional cook to partner with in order to establish a fast casual restaurant concept that is new to the region. The candidate should be able to work with me to put together a menu that is specific to the concept (which will be discussed in due course). The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics: - Experienced and knowledgeable with respect to Western cuisine (Ex.
