The business is experiencing substantial growth and as a result now requires new Property Investment Consultants to help push the group forward. The Role The role of Property Investment Consultant will be to work closely with both new and existing buyers of overseas property to understand their property requirements and financial objectives. You will be working on qualified leads (no cold calling) and will be helping investors understand BRIC and its products on offer. The position: Digital Sales Consultant in Dubai, UAE We will provide pre-arranged meetings with potential customers that will be synced into your Google Calendar. You are responsible for closing deals selling the bfound.io packages to small and medium sized businesses in the UAE. Product demonstration, sales negotiation, contract-signing and payment collections. Responsible for regular check up on client prospects and the maintenance of a strong sales pipeline. Reports to Head of Sales. Responsibilities: • Travel to pre-identified commercial districts with the goal of selling new Internet profile subscriptions. • Identify and set up meetings with the person who can make a buying decision. • Sets up and demonstrates the service offering and shows how customers can maximize product features. • Close sales prospects on the spot using sales script and persuasive techniques (training provided) • Write up orders on bfound.io’s Sales App • Take payments such as cash, credit, or check • Develop and maintain prospect list with all key details • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others • Minimum 4 face to face meetings with clients per day · Upgrade current or former customers • Assist with building the clients profile • Suggest specific product purchases to match the needs of your customer • Meet specific minimum sales targets to unlock uncapped commission
