    Manage and lead the warehouse team and work with the In- store logistics and store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at lowest possible cost. Ensure the agreed logistics actions from the store business plan are implemented in the goods flow process. Secure the quality of products, merchandising, stock accuracy and customer shopping experience in the store.  Ensure correct usage of short- and mid-term capacity needs by creating operating capacity through space optimizing using available working method and routines. Working closely with the Sales and Supply Support Manager to secure a common short- and mid-term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximize efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume. Identify, recruit and develop the many talents in the goods flow team to secure succession planning.Comply with laws, regulations and IKEA requirements to ensure efficient goods flow process in the store, including adherence to the Global Service Protocol. Contribute to the lowest possible costs by addressing root causes and taking actions to correct inefficiencies and find better ways of working.     The shopkeeper optimises the IKEA shopping experience in the store to secure satisfied customers and increase sales, by motivating and inspiring your department team using knowledge of the IKEA product range and services, the local market and IKEA customers.The shopkeeper optimises sales and profitability of the department through following up, conducting analyses and taking actions. and use IKEA tools and the expertise of your team and colleagues as support. Your Assignment: Ensure you have the right number of competent co-workers fully able and available to serve customers and actively help them to buy.
