KAID Group signed a joint venture agreement with Promena AS, to form Promena Saudi Arabia. Promena is a Turkish-American Company specialized in the field of managing purchases and contract procurement through providing Reverse Auction Solutions in electronic platform. The joint venture agreement was signed by HRH Prince Mohammed bin Faisal AlSaud, on behalf of KAID Group and Mr. Ali Y. Koc, Chairman of the Board, Promena AS. Promena AS, has already established its office in Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia and started functioning by providing services to a number of companies in Saudi Arabia.
