1. Terms & Conditions •Your Company only becomes liable for the placement fee if a candidate recommended by us accepts an offer of employment in any capacity with your firm, company, group or any party introduced by you, within 12 months of the date of this letter irrespective of whether such introduction is direct or indirect. The employer will be liable to M & B Personnel for the full fee. •The terms and conditions as contained in this document become binding to the employer upon interviewing a candidate introduced by M & B Personnel. 2. Permanent placement •In the event of a candidate accepting an offer of permanent employment from you, the terms and conditions will be as follows: •Standard fee : 10% of gross annual income. •The fee structure is based on a percentage of gross annual income, inclusive of the 13th cheque, subsidies and allowances: Total cost to company. •Sales positions and commission only will have a flat rate of R6000.00. •The placement fee will be invoiced on the same day that the candidate commences employment. •Placement fees are payable within 7 days of the date of invoice. 3. Guarantee Should a candidate resign, or be dismissed fairly and in accordance with applicable labour legislation within a period of 3 (three) months from the commencement of employment, and provided The Client had made payment strictly in terms of this agreement, and had notified M & B Personnel in writing within 10 (ten) days of the termination of contract, then the client will be entitled to replacement of the candidate with a suitable candidate for the position free of charge. Should a candidate be released due to redundancy, retrenchment or change of management the guarantee will automatically fall away.
