MAO ‘M-Lock’ system is a modern system of locking introduced in the field of scaffolding. MAO with its ‘M-Lock’ system has proven the way scaffolding is built in versatile manner. This multipurpose ‘M-Lock’ system scaffold can be utilized for all forms of access and support applications. The varied usage of this system makes it one of the economical systems to use. This system is widely used in the construction field, industrial maintenance, ship building and repairing industry. The ‘M-Lock’ system comprises of base Jack, Vertical Standards, Horizontal Ledger and Head Jacks. It is designed to eliminate the use of loose fittings. Vertical Standards nodes (Joints) having instant locking facility, which locks four Horizontal Ledgers in one action making a very rigid connection. This system can be erected for general access (straight, curved and circular) scaffolding, formwork support, mobile tower etc. ‘M-Lock’ system has no nuts, bolts or wedges to fasten horizontal ledger to vertical standards and it is 20% lighter to handle and can be erected faster than traditional scaffolding systems.
