MARCO TRADING & CONTRACTING CO, was established over 26 Years ago and, with its subsidiary companies, has earned a professional reputation for its quality and reliability for it’s achievements in construction and road building. In order to start strongly in the construction business against stiff competition and to give support to the main company, MARCO CO has established, over the years, subsidiary companies that can give the quality, quantity and the strong back up necessary in all the fields of contracting. The READYMIX CONCRETE PLANT was amongst the first ready-mix concrete plants to be established in QATAR and shortly afterwards was supported by the establishment of the QUARRY CRUSHER PLANT. Both have supported the company’s activities and the local demands of other companies in Qatar. Shortly after that, an ASPHALT PLANT was founded in the industrial area to support the company’s projects in road construction and the local demands of the local markets. Twenty-Five years ago a HEAVY EQUIPMENT HIRE COMPANY was also established and had all the necessary machinery such as Bulldozer, Shovels, Poclains … etc. to carry out large projects. Upon being set up in 1976, Marco Trading & Contracting Co started in all aspects of construction and contracting and has now reached the major classification in which we can explain it hereby as follow: 1-BUILDING DIVISION 2-ROAD DIVISION 3-DRAINAGE & SEWERAGE DIVISION Over the years since being established, and with continuous achievement, the management was there to support the company in its competition in studying and promoting the company’s profile and skill. So with all the above efforts, combining the men, machines, equipment and experience have made Marco what it is now.
