The Council of Ministers Resolution #485 Issued on ( September 2, 2015) the Establishment of a national program titled “National Program to Support the Management of Projects in Public Entities”: The Program to be supervised by a board of directors lead by H.E. Minister of Economy and Planning, and includes representatives from the following entities: Ministry of Finance Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs Ministry of Education Ministry of Economy and Planning King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu Saudi Council of Engineers Saudi Aramco Private Sector Director General of “NPMO” The program will have an independent legal, financial and administrative structure Different decrees and related bodies will all be merged or collapsed under this new Program
