Burooj Properties was established in October 2005. It was created from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank’s former real estate department, as part of its plan to become a premier universal Islamic real estate institution, operating in accordance with Shari’ah principles. The Company manages an extensive portfolio, and is involved in both local and international project investments. We also provide our clients with more traditional services such as property management, valuations and Islamic property financing through the parent company. Burooj Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.
