Nilaya is a high-end contemporary showroom to be opened in the spring of 2004. It will be centrally located in Amman, Jordan. It aims to introduce a new sense of style and to differ from the existing furniture showrooms in that it will not only cater to the end user but to architects, designers and other showrooms in the area. Nilaya will carry various accessories and artwork. Although not necessarily a goal, Nilaya will have some exclusivity for major brands and will carry some unique (one of a kind) pieces as well. Nilaya will also carry office furniture and will have a team of designers for project contracts (optional: through one of its sister companies). Nilaya through its team of professionals can handle turnkey projects for buildings, homes or hotels. Garden and outdoor furniture will be carried. Nilaya will also have a mini gourmet café / deli. The showroom space is 1200 square meters with another 150 square meters for office space.
