PMI's Jordan affiliate, Philip Morris Jordan Ltd. Co. has entered into a definitive agreement with PSC (EICO) and its subsidiary International Tobacco and Cigarettes Company (ITCC) to acquire their cigarette manufacturing assets and trademarks in Jordan. This acquisition, that expands our manufacturing footprint into the Middle East, will provide PM Jordan with an important opportunity to significantly enhance its business in the Jordanian domestic cigarette market. PMJ is involved in a range of programs and an active contributor to charitable activities and support organizations that address the needs in the communities where our employees live and work. Main Brands: Marlboro, L&M, Parliament, Chesterfield as well as the local brands acquired from ITCC (such as Mercury, Kareem).
