Pink Elephant is known as a global leader in the ITSM space. The company was founded in the Netherlands more than 40 years ago by two students at the University of Delft, and this is also where we picked up our remarkable name. (Yes, it is remarkable if you compare it to most other conventional IT service company names!) Today, Pink Elephant has ITSM experience exceeding 30 years– more than any other service provider. Pink Elephant South Africa was founded in 2004 by two Pink Elephant UK employees with significant experience with the company in Europe and North America. This enabled the seamless transfer of the company’s culture, knowledge and service excellence into the African market.
