    Pre-Sales DutiesUnderstand and effectively present and deliver presentations of RES 3700 and Simphony, features and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development.Support the Sales team in demonstrating products during sales visits.Understand and translate the features of Techno Q products into customer oriented benefits.Effectively describes the process and value-added benefits of Techno Q implementation process to new and prospective clientsEffectively collects product feature requests into user story formatsSeek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to product usage.Work closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales.Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs.Provide client discovery and assessment support to the Sales team.Implementation DutiesInstall, maintain and troubleshoot solutions at Customer sites.Provides consultation on the implementation of Techno Q products to ensure goals and objectives are installed and Integrated within prescribed timeframe and cost parameters.Provide Professional training and knowledge transfer to clients according to the scopeConsistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.Support DutiesRecord cases for customer support requests according to guidelines and process in place.Maintain accurate record, and document support cases, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution of support cases.Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to case resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of the case.Achieve customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer support cases.Prioritize and schedule support cases. Escalate cases (when required) to the appropriately experienced specialist according to escalation procedures.Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Intranet and Internet to aid in resolution of support cases.Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.Perform post-resolution follow-ups to cases.Comply with support schedule adherence to ensure overall service level targets are achievedOther DutiesMaintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisionsAttend required technical training sessions and make effective use of assigned lab time.Establish and maintain positive work relationships and works productively with support groups within the business, i.e., Marketing, Product Management, etc.Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the positionMaintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
