    Food Manufacturers Company FMC - Ulker Saudi Arabia, is Part of pladis Group was established in November 1999. FMC is a joint venture company between Ulker Group, Dallah Group and OAB Establishment.

    FMC plant is 22.000 square meter with 18.500 square meter for manufacturing and closed warehousing. FMC is running its business with a diversified talents in all managerial and technical levels.

    FMS is supplying KSA, GCC, Egypt ,Iraq ,Malaysia , and many other countries with our quality products .     • Acts as a point of the contact for the employees and managers across the Middle East Region when in come to OD and Development Related matters• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes • Manages complex HR and OD Projects cross-functionally• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks• Lead the Talent acquisitions process and Define the key talents for the company• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management• Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves• Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions• Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes• Acts as the member of the HR Management Team.
