As a Card Performance Analyst you will join our Payments team within a CFD trading environment.
The role focuses on monitoring and optimizing card payment performance, improving deposit success rates, reducing payment friction, driving better funding conversion, and ensuring cost-efficient performance across multiple PSPs, acquirers, and payment routes, including payment aggregators and orchestration platforms.
You will play a key role in improving client funding experience, supporting revenue growth, and enabling data-driven payment optimization across global markets.


Requirements


  • Monitor end-to-end card payment performance (deposit → successful funding) and track core KPIs including approval rate, success rate, and decline rate
  • Perform root-cause analysis on changes in card performance, including approval drops, funding inefficiencies, and conversion fluctuations
  • Analyze card declines and payment failures across issuer, PSP, risk engine, and technical dimensions to identify key drivers of inefficiency
  • Evaluate PSP, acquirer, and payment route performance, considering both performance and cost efficiency when assessing routing and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze funding behavior and deposit patterns to understand conversion drivers and their impact on client value (LTV insights)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Payments, Risk, Product, and Finance teams

Requirements


  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, payments, fintech, or banking
  • Strong understanding of card payment lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement)
  • Advanced Excel skills (analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Experience with payment platforms, PSP environments, or payment orchestration systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights

Nice to Have 


  • Experience in CFD, FX, or online trading industry
  • Knowledge of PSP routing and acquiring ecosystems
  • Exposure to fraud, risk, or payment optimization
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
