Account Receivables Accountant -Shared Services French Speaker

Our client, a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Receivables Accountant - French Speaker to join their Shared Services team. As an Account Receivables Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments and invoices
• Monitor and follow-up on outstanding customer balances
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer billing inquiries
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in accounts receivable or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
