Admin. Assistant



Responsible for arranging flights, accommodations, itineraries, transportation, visa, invitation letters...etc for employees and visitors in MENA region. Responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Responsible in generating reports on travel expenses, savings, and performance metrics. Responsible for greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Responsible for updating welcome screen with visitors' details. Responsible for ordering lunch for the visitors. Responsible for organizing office events and celebrations. Handles welfare Programs (Ramadan Iftar and Sohour Management, Ramadan Bag, Eid celebrations). Responsible for housekeeping of the plant Entrance. Employee Catering Supplies as well as Kitchen & office boys Management. Purchase & distribute Stationery & office supplies. Key Management. Responsible for assisting with HR-related tasks. Bachelor degree in a related field. 2-3 years experience in front office management / travel management. Pleasure in dealing with people from all nationalities and cultures. Organizational talent and service oriented. Calm and courteous manner. Intermediate Level in MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.) Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus. Effective verbal and listening communications skills.* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
