After-Sales Engineer



Cairo Production – Refurbishment / Full-Time / On-site The After Sales Engineer at Sylndr, with a background in mechanical engineering, plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing technical complaints related to automotive products and services. This position requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
+ Receiving and Documenting Complaints: Receive customer complaints and ensure accurate documentation of the complaints.
+ Investigation and Analysis: Utilize engineering knowledge to investigate and analyze customer complaints, identifying root causes and proposing technical solutions.
+ Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with various departments to gather information, seek resolutions, and ensure effective communication regarding the complaints.
+ Resolution and Follow-up: Work towards resolving customer complaints by coordinating with the relevant teams or departments, suggesting appropriate technical solutions, and ensuring timely resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on the resolution process.
+ Customer Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with customers throughout the process, keeping them informed of the progress, technical aspects, and actions taken to address their concerns.
+ Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing complaint data, including the number of complaints, types of technical issues, resolution status, and any notable trends or patterns.

Who you are!



+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
+ Proven experience in engineering roles in the automotive industry.
+ Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex engineering issues and propose effective solutions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with complaint management systems is preferred.
